In the meantime, London gets one more look at the film on the big screen the Saturday afternoon before “Drifting & Tilting” at the Barbican Center in London. And after the SATURDAY NIGHT “Drifting & Tilting” performance (***note date change from the previously scheduled Friday night***), yours truly will be spinning Scott favorites & rarities at the Barbican Lates Lounge, right there in the foyer/bar. Come by and pitch in a request…”Stormy” anyone?

Our friends in the UK will have another chance to see SCOTT WALKER - 30 CENTURY MAN on the big screen as Cineworld brings back all the BAFTA nominated films.

and: BBC4 will broadcast the film on Friday Feb 8 at 9pm in the UK. This is the full 95 min version.

I want to congratulate my tireless, fearless and all around brilliant producer Mia Bays for being nominated for a BAFTA award (The British Academy Film Awards) for the Carl Foreman Award for Special Achievement by a British Writer, Director of Producer in their First Feature Film. Off to Oslo Film Fest in the morning - check updated Festival list - and then the film will appear at the Gijon Film Festival in the run up to it’s release on DVD in Spain.  Fest photos also updated, including a shot of a very special guest in Vienna…

SW30 just placed at #13 in Time Out London’s “50 Greatest Music Films Ever”! Thank you London - and thanks to all the fans worldwide - the film’s been on the festival circuit for nearly a year, and audiences are as great as ever - Vancouver just wrapping up now and on to Vienna and Barcelona next…

The SW30 World tour keeps on rolling - it’s been amazing meeting friends and fans in all corners of the globe, including a woman named Yasue who flew from Japan to Sydney to see the film! June was a busy month, with screening firing off in Provincetown, Silversprings Maryland and in Finland.
