or…”Through A Long And Sleepless Night…” Make that “A Long and Sleepless Year” - well, we’re finally bringing you the North American release of “SCOTT WALKER - 30 CENTURY MAN” starting on December 17 at the IFC Center in NYC. More details, more cities, more events to be announced soon. Hey, if Scott can wait a decade between albums, the wait for this couldn’t have been that bad…
In the meantime, London gets one more look at the film on the big screen the Saturday afternoon before “Drifting & Tilting” at the Barbican Center in London. And after the SATURDAY NIGHT “Drifting & Tilting” performance (***note date change from the previously scheduled Friday night***), yours truly will be spinning Scott favorites & rarities at the Barbican Lates Lounge, right there in the foyer/bar. Come by and pitch in a request…”Stormy” anyone?

Would like to let you all know that our friend Dot Allison, who features in the film, is about to release her third solo album
“Exaltation of Larks” and since I have been lucky enough to have had a copy for a while and have played it obsessively on a loop for ages I can assure you that is is beyond very good - it is another stunning addition to her brilliant, distinctive body of work. Album produced by the legendary Kramer.
Visit her here to get a sample. Album out September 10th (with a US release to follow)
